The Breeders, Mountain Battles (4AD) Much twistier and more fragmented, like Pod, but also dreamier and sweeter (mostly). And Kim and Kelly still sing and arrange like totally drug-damaged weirdos, and more power to them. That's why I keep listening to their albums, not (much as I enjoy it) "Cannonball".

Nigeria Special: Modern Highlife, Afro-Sounds and Nigerian Blues (Soundway) This one will rock you 'til you drop if you love long, jammy, swinging Nigerian music (think Fela, not Sunny Ade).
